The Deep six was designed and built out of a need to have our baits run deeper during the North Carolina Blue Fin Tuna season. The result was a success we developed 3 new weights a 4 oz Deep Six an 8oz. and an unbelievable 16 oz. Deep Six. 
These lures can be rigged many ways, they were primarily designed it to be rigged with a horse bally-hoo. We then found out through testing they worked well when combined with strip bait. They also catch fish when run with out meat added.
The Deep Six can be run at speeds up to 9 knots. This lure has proved to be successful at catching Giant Blue Fin tuna and Wahoo along with Mako sharks.
